Precision cross roller bearings

In addition, because the outer ring and the inner ring are integral structures, the installation has no impact on the performance, so it can obtain stable rotation accuracy and torque, which is suitable for the occasions where the outer ring and the inner ring are rotated but the size is miniaturized. RB type (inner ring integral, outer ring separate) This type is the basic type of cross roller bearings. The outer ring is divided into two pieces, and the inner ring is an integral structure, which is most suitable for occasions requiring the rotation accuracy of the inner ring.
RU type (inner and outer rings with mounting holes) Because the outer and inner rings have mounting holes, there is no need to fix flanges and support seats during installation. In addition, due to the overall structure of the outer and inner rings, installation has little impact on performance, so stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained. Suitable for outer ring and inner ring rotation.
RA type (inner ring integral, outer ring separate, ultra-thin) This model is a compact model that reduces the inner and outer ring thickness of RB type to the limit
The structure is the same as the RB-type outer ring split structure, which is most suitable for parts requiring lightweight and compact design, such as robot and manipulator rotation parts. RAU type size is exactly the same as RA type, its inner ring and outer ring are integral structure, more convenient installation and use.
XSU type (inner and outer ring type), this series of models does not require fixed flanges and support seats because the mounting holes have been machined. In addition, due to the integrated inner and outer ring structure with a seat, installation has little impact on performance, so stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained for both outer and inner ring rotation.
RB type (outer ring split, inner ring rotation) This model is the basic version of the cross roller shaft ring with a split outer ring. And form an integrated inner ring with the main body. It is best used where precision of inner ring rotation is required. For example, it can be used in the rotating part of the indexation table of a tool machine.
