We need ceramic bearing shown in the picture within the attached file.

We will use these ceramic balls in our new towel radiator melding machine. It includes steel conveyor which  the products are carried on and we want to use these balls in an mechanism that we newly design to make the conveyor’s service life longer by decreasing its friction.

We have been considering  a mechanism that we put the ceramic balls into pipes just below the conveyor. So we need fireproof or refractory ceramic bearing.

The ceramic bearing will be used in approximately 1200-1700 0C

So we consider that the bearings must have following properties indicated below :

    Ceramic Alumina Oxide Balls

·         The ratio of Al203 Alumina Oxide content

·         Operation temperature

·         Surface smoothness and brightness of the balls

·         Density and weight of the balls

·         Creep resistance to the operational weight which there will be some amount of load on top of them.

·         We are not sure the diameter of the balls we want to use exactly from now on.So we need the prices of three different  diameters of the balls exactly,. 22,23 or 25 mm. Those numbers are approximate values and not precise ıf your prices change acording to diameter of the ball, please indicate us, for instance, 22 mm .... $ 23 mm .... $ and 25 mm .... $ or your nearest diameters.

·         Their service life. Exact or estimated time.

·         Storage conditions, in which situations the products are stored?

·         Warranty Conditions

·         Estimated freight or transportation cost from China to Turkey

·         Estimated delivery time, from China to Turkey

I am sending the technical drawing of the ball bearing  what we need
and where we use

There are 3 pictures within the attached file. One icludes the drawing
of the bearing in detail, the second drawing is the draft design for
how we intstall these bearings into the machine and the last drawing
refers to the draft design again how many bearings and in which way we
consider to install these bearings into the oven part of the machine.
(This is a draft project not final or finished project so ıf you
advice us to do stg different we can take your opinion into
consideration)  Diameter of the ball we prefer is 25 mm. I know that
we send you 22 mm drawing. However we do not prefer below it. If you
have a product like what we want please give your offer. Or If you can
produce then again give us the price for 3.000 Pieces.

One is oven and the other parts coolings jackets. We need 1400 degree cantigrade operation temperature in OVEN PART for our bearings. There are firebricks there.
So the operation temparature of the bearing is the main factor.
