- Your offers should be in accordance to our inquiry. Any difference to our request has to be identified, reasonable and specified by technical datasheet. Please provide any requested information with your quotation.
- Your offers should include delivery and packaging costs. Because of our logistic strategy we are only able to accept non-returnable package in particulary when receiving cables and wires. The Supplier hereby undertakes to respect and preserve the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and accordingly shall not without SME‘s prior written consent communicate or otherwise make available the Confidential Information to any third party or use the Confidential Information for any other purpose than stated above.
- US suppliers: Please indicate clearly, if the offered price includes all relevant import tariffs and customs fees imposed by the US government.
