I've been searching the net for quiet some time now and I came across to your company who does
customized or made to order bearings. I was indeed searching for a cheaper replacement of a bearing taken from a HAAS made machines but I did not find one. With these, I want to ask you
if you can make a deep grooved flanged open type bearing with the following dimension and qualities:
dimension:
flanged diameter(D1) = 100mm,outer diameter(D) = 80mm;inner diameter(d) = 25mm;
total thickness(B) = 35mm; flanged thickness(C)= is 9.5mm;
application:
inside reflow type oven for food
oven temperature: 140 degrees Celsius(max)
rust free (stainless property)
no smoke or odor during operation
