We are designing a product that requires a free-wheeling ball screw.
 
Attached is a drawing (BQE3 rev 4) of what we believe we want.  If the drawing includes unusual dimensions or tolerances, where there are different normal dimensions or tolerances, please advise.
 
If you have suggestions for substitute materials for improved performance, please let us know.
 
We'd like a quote on the complete assembly as well as ball screw stock and the ball nut separately.  Also, we'd like lead times for delivery.
 
Are you able to provide samples of a similar design for our inspection?
 
Our first year anticipated usage is 2,500 - 4,000.
