ZYS’s 500,000-set clutch bearing project will be completed by the end of 2015

ZYS (Luoyang Bearing Science&Technology Co.,Ltd.) president Liang Bo disclosed on Thursday that the company’s 500,000-set clutch bearing project would be completed by the end of 2015. The company’s strategy is to construct scientific and innovative leading enterprise in Chinese bearing industry, to carry out the drive development of high-end manufacturing industry and modern manufacturing and service industry, and to constructing bearing-centric and multi-industry supported local advanced industries.

ZYS said before that the phase I industrial park project of 500,000-set high performance clutch bearing industrialization project includes construction of special precision bearings, aircraft and new energy vehicle power transmission clutch assembly bearings, high-speed railway and urban rail vehicles bearings, special ceramic and carbide new material development and industrialization. After the project is put into production, the company will have the annual production capacity of 1.1 million sets of high-speed precision bearings and other special bearings. It is predicted to achieve annual output value of RMB 3.6 billion and 3,000 job offers.
