ZYS high-speed EMU bearings will make train faster and more stable

Yesterday, it was known from the launching ceremony of Luoyang 2015 Major Scientific and Technological Project that ZYS would carried out the development, manufacturing and reliable test technology research of key bearings for EMU.

The relevant officer of Luoyang Science and Technology Bureau said, the project of development, manufacturing and reliable test technology research of key bearings for EMU was a highlight among 23 major scientific and technological projects in this year.

The project will solve the volume manufacturing technology and product reliability of axle housing bearings, develop the traction motor bearings and gearbox bearings to meet the EMU demands, achieve technological achievements with independent intellectual property rights, and finally construct EMU bearing production base.
