ZWZ smoothly produced new type of elevator hoisting machine bearings

In May, ZWZ successfully produced four specifications of spherical roller bearings for elevator hoisting machine. After grease leakage test and temperature rise test, the bearings all met customer’s requirements.
Chinese high-precision elevator machine bearings are mostly imported from foreign countries. At the beginning of this year, ZWZ set the project of developing two types of high precision elevator machine bearings, one of which was used in hoisting machine with high precision and high reliability .

After ZWZ Engineering Research center completed drawing design, the engineering and technical personnel discussed the processing technology and determined the processing method. The batch of bearings were smoothly produced through nearly three months’ research, laying a foundation for the company to expand imported bearing substitution market
