ZWZ robot bearing wins good reputation from customers

An enterprise in Northeast China planned to develop robotics technology and invited ZWZ to involve in it. ZWZ Group took the development and process tasks of this product’s key components immediately and designated its precision bearing branch to undertake the manufacturing tasks.

Robot reducer main bearing, differing from traditional single bearing, is bearing assembly formed by a series of shaped parts, such as bolts, mounting holes etc with extremely complex structure. After receiving the manufacturing tasks in the second half of 2016, ZWZ precision bearing branch organized a leading group to put themselves into it. 

After half years’ unremitting efforts, ZWZ precision bearing branch finally delivered this batch of products to the customer earlier this year after overcoming numerous technical difficulties. The test results were good after installation. The customer has reached an intention to further develop the product line with ZWZ.
