ZWZ Technology Center completely carried out the spirit of the operation working meeting of the company and energetically develop the new materials and new processing aiming at improving product quality and production efficiency and reducing production cost.
On the aspect of promoting the new processing, the technology center completely extended the new carbon concentration processing, which efficiently shortened the time on carbon concentration, greatly improve the production efficiency, released the bottleneck problem that the heat treatment capacity of carbon concentration was not enough, and reduce 30% cost of heat treatment; the company also finished the new heat treatment processing, which solved the key technical problem of heat treatment of rolling machinery bearings and provided technical guarantee for taking up the market; though processing analysis, the company reduced 30% remaining amount of carbonized rollers.
On the aspect of reducing the material cost, the technology center has selected the steel materials by levels, and saved material cost through establishing bearing steel categorizing principle and the relevant material standard and adopting different kinds of steel at different quality level according to the product working condition and utility; the company has improved the heat treatment quality of large size products through developing new steel types and saved material and processing cost.
