ZWZ Receives Order From The Biggest Globally Individual Auto Manufacture

Recently, ZWZ has received an order in excess of billions RMB for the biggest supply of single row tapered roller bearings worldwide from a well-known auto manufacture and auto parts enterprise in American. The order will last to 2018, which becomes a stepping zone for ZWZ to enter the global market providing products for auto parts.

In Nov.2014, the USA customer reviewed ZWZ for production line of auto bearing project. They thought the operating capability of production line equipment met capacity requirement and was available to produce in volume. Since December,the customer has requested ZWZ for fast delivery partly. Now in April of this year, the project has been fully launched, the production line of ZWZ high-end auto bearing is running at maximum capacity to meet delivery demand.

The return of manufacturing industry and the trend of cost reduction in the international market bring about opportunities to ZWZ to export high-end bearings. With expanding cooperation with world famous enterprises in Europe, America and Japan, there is an increasing number of industrial equipment bearings has been exported to OEM markets in Germany, Japan, Italy, meanwhile, export of auto bearings with high quality still keeps mounting. Furthermore, ZWZ’s R&D capability on internationalization has been improved constantly, on basis of building up National Large Bearing Engineering Research Center, ZWZ set up Engineering Research Center in the USA and constructed R&D Center in Europe. There are many international standards of ZWZ has pass the certificate verification, which makes ZWZ get a pass to enter the international market and get into global supply chain system. At present, ZWZ high-end auto bearing has expanded to the major auto markets in Asia Pacific and Europe, entered supply chain platform for international high-end automobile market.
