ZWZ Produces Large-sized Bearing to Support the Largest Roller Press in China

On Jun 25th, the first set of bearing with diameter of 2.05m and weight of 8.59 tons for the largest and heaviest cement roller press was produced by ZWZ.

The large-sized bearing produced this time is for the 2.6m/1.6m roller press project started in this year. This project will develop the largest cement roller press in China. ZWZ and user developed supporting bearing synchronously. As wall thickness and panel height of the product both achieved the processing limit of ZWZ's equipment, the engineering and technical personnel and operator overcame the difficulties during processing, ensuring the successful production of first set of product. After testing, all technical indicators have met the user's requirement. The remaining product is in the procession, and will be delivered to the user successively.
