The 1890 cold rolling production line which was designed and developed by Pohang Iron & Steel Co. Ltd in South Korea was introduced by a famous domestic steel enterprise and all the bearings used on this line were imported. Since the latter half of this year, ZWZ has developed the localized replacement bearings for this production line. Recently, two types of bearings designed for this production line were produced; they have reached the international level of the similar products and were delivered to the customer.
It required these two types of bearings to have high precision, high rotating speed, long service life and high reliability, which have most technological content among the rolling mill bearings. The technicians of ZWZ Technology Center employed the advanced design concept and complete the product design; the precision power transmission company has overcome many difficulties during processing and produced these two types of bearings.
