ZWZ Group---Largest Bearing Manufacturer in China Fights against Counterfeit

Recently, Wafangdian Bearing Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter refers to ZWZ Group) has sued 9 distributors in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. On Jan. 17th, the reporter learned from People's Court of Nanhu District in Jiaxing that the court has accepted the 9 series cases.

Tha accuser---ZWZ Group announced in indictment that they are the largest bearing manufacturer in China. With tireless efforts, its series trademarks and bearing products are authenticated by the relevant government as "Famous Trademark of China", "Chinese Name-brand Products", "Recommended Export Brand of China" and "Most Competitive Brand in Chinese Market",etc. In recent years, their products were widely used in national key engineering projects and provided to top enterprises worldwide in batches.

After learned that the 9 distributors in Jiaxing,Zhejiang wantonly sold products under its registered trademark No.184458 "ZWZ and Image" or No. 1152952 "ZWZ" during the investigation, ZWZ Group requested the court to sentence the 9 distributors to stop commiting tort, apologize on newspaper Jiaxing Daily and compensate 560,000 for its loss.
