ZWZ Coal Mining Machinery Bearing Replace Imported Bearings Successfully

Recently, the business representatives of Coal Mining Complete Equipment Complex Host of China National Coal Group Corp. (ChinaCoal) visited ZWZ and had left a deep impression on the coal mining machinery bearing series, advanced production equipments and high-end manufacturing technology. They expressed their willingness to strengthen cooperation and achieve win-win situation with ZWZ.

Coal mining extracting equipment requires bearings with heavy load capacity, shock vibration resistance and long life and transportation equipment requires bearings with heavy load, high speed, impact resistance, long life and corrosion resistance. According to the long life and high reliability requirement of coal mining bearings and localization requirement of imported bearings, ZWZ set the technical standards for raw material of coal mining bearings. The bearing component grinding is all processed with CNC grinding machines and vertical CNC machining center with international advance level. The advance processing equipments and independent-developed grinding processing technology ensure product precision of P5 grade.

The coal mining bearing series run with high precision, long life and high reliability. As the service lives of coal cutter bearing series and scraper machine bearing series can achieve 1,6000 hours, and 10,000 hours for heading machine, these bearings has replaced imported ones successfully.
