Recently, "Eleventh Five-Year" National Key Science & Technology Achievements Exhibition which was co-sponsored by the Ministry of Science & Technology of the People's Republic of China, the Central Organization Department of PRC, National Development & Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance People's Republic of China, the General Armament Department and other relevant responsible departments has successfully opened at China National Convention Center.
As the only enterprise among the domestic bearing industry to attend this exhibition, ZWZ has exhibited its 3MW wind turbine spindle bearing, so it has caused a lot of concern by the Goldwind, NGC and other wind turbine manufacturing enterprises who have also participated this exhibition.
Large MW wind turbine spindle bearing is one of the most difficult wind turbine bearings in China, thus many domestic wind turbine manufacturing enterprises had to rely on foreign imports all the time, which has not only increased the cost of per kilowatt wind power equipment, but also restricted its cost falling.
"The Researching of MW Wind Turbine Spindle Bearing" and "The Construction of MW Wind Turbine Bearing Testing Rib "committed by ZWZ were all listed among the national "863" project, which has already made significant progress, in the meanwhile, these two projects completely mastered the development technology of wind turbine bearing, and also strongly supported the manufacturing capacity & level of China large MW wind turbine to reach the international advanced level.
The OD of this 3MW spindle bearing exhibited is 2.5 meter, now it has begun to supplying for the wind turbine industry with mass production, meanwhile it has also reached the international advanced level.
