Zhongzhou Group Reach Global by Gear Shaft
Afternoon Jan. 4, 30 sample gear shafts made by Zhongzhou Group were delivered to MAGNA, the world leading auto parts supplier, for quality inspection.
Zhang zhenping, man in charge of the production from Zhongzhou Group, said:"It's higher than the level that customer required in precision and quality. They will surely be satisfactory with the samples and our products would reach global successfully this time."
With the readjustment of products mix in recent years, Zhongzhou Group has gradually accomplished scale production of products with two major categories, seven subcategories, about 100 types. Then, they passed TS16949 certificate in 2005, getting the preliminary access to international market.
At the end of last November, MAGNA knew that Zhongzhou could produce gear shaft by the method of cross wedge rolling and showed great interest in it. Therefore, MAGNA began to visit Zhongzhou Group and had some on-the-spot inspections. Finally, they expressed their intention of purchasing 700,000 high precision gear shafts. And if the delivered samples were accepted by MAGNA, formal order would come to Zhongzhou Group.
Li weijie, president of Zhongzhou Group cam shaft factory, said that tolerance of the ordered products should be contained, as customer required, under 0.013mm, 15 times higher than ordinary ones.
Zhongzhou Group Co.,Ltd, located in Jiaozuo, Henan province, is one of the major machinery manufacturer in China. They mainly make auto parts, cooling system, mining machines etc.
