Zhejiang TV visited C&U Group for its implement of "replacing man with machine" project

 An interviewing group from Zhejiang TV visited C&U Group, shooting a video about the implement of "replacing man with machine" project on August 17, 2016." 

Qu Shaogui, Party Secretary of the Group accompanied the visit to the workshop.

He told the reporter during an interview, "Due to the implement of 'replacing man with machine' project, 1 or 2 people can now operate a production line while 10 more were required before. What's more, the productivity has increased dramatically."

"As China's largest bearing company, the development direction of 'intelligence and automation' is only way that must be passed of good for its obvious benefits such as cost reduction, quality guarantee and productivity improvement," Qu added.

In recent years, C&U Group continues to increase the investment in technical transformation and implementation of the "replacing man with machine" project, with all types of lean production lines and matching automation equipment gradually put into operation.
