Xu Zhenba, the consultant of Zhejiang Sitong Bearing Group said on May 13 that after the new equipment "RCWC9 roller-type mesh belt furnace" which was introduced with the total investment of three million yuan had been put into production, it could save more than 20% of electricty per hour with the double output.
Last year, Zhejiang Sitong Bearing Group improved the production process for "steel-cold rolling" precision bearing ring production equipment, in the meanwhile, the company made high-efficiency & energy-saving as its standards in equipment selection. Thus both of the investment and cost has been reduced.
According to the introduction made by Xu Zhenba, the original cosumption of coal is four-five tons per day in the processing of precision rolled steel pipe perforating and shpheroidizing annealing, while now it just need one ton after installed Yantai heat recovery steam generator (using the waste heat to produce steam), which has not only saved material and energy, but also increased efficiency.
In the tapered bearing manufacturing plant, employees were busy with their work. "Now we have a lot of orders with the full-loaded production." said by the responsible person. With the rapid development of automotive industry, it has brought a broad development space for bearing industy with more robust market demand. Therefore, the company seized the opportunity to invest about 10 million yuan to improve the original equipment, which has enhanced the automation and also made the production capacity increase by 30%.
Starting from this year, Zhejiang Sitong Bearing Group has launched a new spherical bearing production line to meet the market demand. The production capacity of spherical bearing reached 1.5 million sets last year and it is expected to achieve 3 million sets this year. Apart from spherical bearing products, the newly developed short cylindrical roller bearing also began to manufacture in mass.
What's more, the company also improve the proportion of automobile bearings, spindle bearings and other high valued-added new products with the corporate development focus gradually shift to high precision bearing processing.
