Zhejiang Hongyi Bearing: Flourish both in Production and Sales in the First Quarter

Zhejiang Hongyi Bearing Co., Ltd. has improved the product quality by enhancing the processing level and achieved the flourish in the first quarter this year, accomplished the production value of 3.2 million RMB, which increased 2 million RMB on a year-on-year basis.

In 2009, in front of the unfavorable impact of global financial crisis, Hongyi Bearing energically collect capital and carried out the technological reformation project of improving the efficieny in the energy saving of forgings annealing. This project was invested in about 3 million RMB, which aimed at the technological reformation in the heat treatment process of bearing annealing, transformed the energy-saving electric heating annealing from the original annealing furnace that combined the oil heating and electricity combined heating. After the improvement of process, it can save 220,000 kWh electricity and 13 million tons of coal, calculated according to the annealing capacity of 66 million tons each year.

After the technological reformation was finished in October, 2009, the product quality of the company was greatly improved, which established solid base for the rapid development of the company. Since this year, as the A grade provider of Hangzhou C&U Group, Hongyi Bearing has achieved the flourish both in production and sale. It is predicted that the production value can exceed 20 million RMB this year.
