On May 18th, Xinchang government held technology conference and 19 project were commented. The project "Precision Ring Rolling Technology and Equipment for Ring-class Parts" developed by Zhejiang Continents & Xinchun Group (XCC) won 2011 Xinchang Science and Technology Special Award because of its high technical content, wide innovative range and notable economic benefit.
The project achieved fully digital development, structure optimization, and system Integration of numerical control (Nc) cold ring rolling mill based on the energetic parameter matching design method of cold ring rolling mill, and successfully developed CRM220 Nc cold ring rolling mill in China for the first time, which makes the precision cold ring rolling mill with diameter of not less than 220mm and height of not less than 55mm form. It also invented precision forming technologies of cold rolling high-performance bearing ring, developed NC servo precision ring rolling equipment for heavy load motors, achieving the independent innovation and great-leap-forward development of precision ring rolling technology and equipment for ring-class parts.
