Notified by the State Intellectual Property Office on August 1st, "Idler Bearing", "Bearing Greasing Device", "High-speed Ball Bearing Cage"developed by Zhejiang BH Bearing Co., Ltd has awarded the utility model patent.
"Idler Bearing" is a new product independently developed by Zhejiang BH Bearing Co., Ltd according to users' requirements, which adopted the overall structure in designing to reduce gyroscopic moment of bearing, and also improved the structure of cage to reduce bearing's working temperaure, besides, it used special sealing structure to ensure the design concepts and methods for sealing performance, which make products' structure, rigidity and life reliability has significantly enhanced.
"Bearing Greasing Device" adopted the mold assembly design theory, combined the internal & external parts, which has not only met the requirement of small size for greasing head, but also solved the difficulties for mold processing.
"High-speed Ball Bearing Cage" is especially supplying for some special bearings, which has improved bearings' lubrication conditions in structure, and also enhanced bearings' high-speed performance.
