Recently, cooperated with the staff from HRB Bearing Co., Ltd and NSK China Sales Co., Ltd., Zhangjiagang Quality Inspection & Supervision Bureau cracked down on counterfeit HRB and NSK bearings in some distributing enterprises and the key enterprises which use large quantity of bearings. More than 5000 sets of counterfeit HRB bearings and more than 800 sets of NSK bearings were seized.
Bearing products are extremely important in the industrial assembly products. Their good quality plays very important roles in the normal running of the equipments. On the bearings which are inspected and detected carefully can be considered safe while the counterfeit products at lower price are not detected and are usually manufactured by the tinpot bearing steel materials instead of the high quality steel materials. During the application, these bearings will wear out too early, hence, their functions are not only fully exerted, but also they will harm the equipment seriously and even cause the damage to the machineries and bring danger.
Recently, according to the report and information learned by the related people, Zhangjiagang Quality Inspection & Supervision Bureau worked together with the related staff from HRB Bearing Company and NSK China Sales Co., Ltd. have inspected the bearings from 10 sales companies and 5 application companies and More than 5000 sets of counterfeit HRB bearings and more than 800 sets of NSK bearings were seized on the spot.
At present, these bearings were sealed up for further disposal.
