Recently, newly developed SL series upper roller and LZ series lower roller bearing of Yuyao Textile Equipment Factory(YTEF) passed examination and identification by China Textile Mahine Association(CTMA) and National Standard Committee for Textile Machine & Accessories(NSCTMA). From then on, YTMF's standard of SL, LZ roller bearings will be taken as the new industrial standard in China.
As the rapid development of textile industry, product life cycle of textile facilities are declining. Lots of enterprises have realized that the existing industrial standards, especially those for LZ, SL series roller bearings, can not meet current production requirements any longer. YTEF had been awared of such fact much more earlier than others and invested much to encourage their technological innovation as well as new products development.
SL series upper roller bearings produced in accordance with the new standard are suitable for single spinning and mixed spinning of cotton, wool, hemp, thin silk and chemical fiber. With double-row ball structure, this bearing enjoys the merits like tightly seal, high reliability, convenient maintenance, energy conservation etc. It is very suitable for equipments that require high speed and great load capacity.
LZ series lower roller bearings is widely used on silk spinning machine. This bearing have separable rolling elements and rings. Well sealed inner ring prevent dust and crumbs from entering the bearing; spherical outer ring grant the bearing excellent self-aligning ability.
In recent years, YTEF developed at an amazing speed. As the industrial leader, they have become regular supplier of 43 domestic textile enterprises. In 2005, they developed 22 types of new bearings, whose sales account for 70 percent of that year's total.
