[Overview] In the east, the planning area of Yiyang County industrial cluster adjoins Luoyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and in the west, it is adjacent to Yiyang County Park, covering an planed area of 11.95 square kilometers. Divided by Luo River, it consists of north area and south area.
[The development scale] With the built area of 46,000 square kilometers, Yiyang County industrial cluster has 121 industrial enterprises, including 65 large-scale ones. Last year, it completed the investment in fixed assets of RMB 4.86 billion, achieved sales income of RMB 11.89 billion and storage revenue RMB 226 million. In the first nine months of this year, it has reached fixed assets investment of RMB 5.47 billion, scale enterprises' operating income over of RMB 7.91 billion, and achieved revenue of RMB 245 million.
[History] In recent years, Yiyang County industrial cluster focuses on fostering equipment manufacturing industry, planning and constructing the Bearing Industrial Park and the Xizhuang Park, of which Bearing Industrial Park is constructed in accordance with the "second Five-Year Plan" in Luoyang. It has the total planning area of 3,000 acres, a planed total investment of RMB 6 billion mainly for the introduction of 50-60 well-known enterprises with many bearing chains, containing a variety of medium-sized wheel bearings, wind power bearings, precision bearings, special bearings, non-standard bearings and roller bearings, steel balls, cages and molds etc.
[Prospect] The chief of the Administration Committee said that the industrial cluster is actively adjusting planning scope. After adjustment, it will add 30 square kilometers on the basis of the planning area to meet the rapid development of industrial cluster.
