Cooperated with Hunan University, YTMCNC8336-16 CNC high speed camshaft gringding machine developed by YHTX CNC MACHINE TOOL CO., LTD won the third place of 2011 Hunan Science & Technology Progress Award with the certificate number of 20114213-J3-101-D01.

Such kind of product uses CBN double abrasive wheel grinding, static & dynamic pressure bearing electric spindles, the wheel speed can reach 120m/s, Siemens 840 CNC system, two-axle simultaneous machining cam profile, independently developed cam profile gringding software, therefore, its performance has reached the domestic leading level. This product mainly provide the most advanced camshaft gringding processing equipment for automobile, motorcycle, aerospace, shipbuilding, internal combustion engine and other industries, thus to promote the significant progress of the domestic gringding technology & equipment. After the product had been successfully developed, it won the third place of 2010 Hunan Science & Technology Progress Award, now it won the same award in 2011 through the technology innovation.
