Changsha science & technology plan (major projects) "piston ring CNC double end grinders" and "full CNC high-speed camshaft grinding machine" which were undertaken by YHTX CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd has successfully passed the acceptance on June 23. Senior experts & professors in the aspect of CNC grinding, CNC manufacturing, financial, business management, etc, and leaders & project tracking management personnel from Changsha Science & Technology Bureau attended the acceptance meeting.
Pistion ring CNC double end grinders is a kind of double end gringding which is applicable to all kinds of metal, nonmetal parts, such as, pistion ring, connecting rod, vane pump vane, adjusting pad, valve plate, bearing and so on.
Currently, the full CNC high-speed camshaft grinding machine is the domestic most advanced high-grade CNC machine tool used for grinding the camshaft's cam contour, which is widely used for automobile engines, internal combustion engines and other various axle parts' grinding processing, such as, camshaft, standard master cam, copying template, etc.
Such project products have reached the international leading level in improving equipment's processing accuracy & efficiency, reducing processing, products' low non-defective rate, labor intensity, which could completely replace the imported ones. The completion of the project also has a very important significance in realising the localization of key parts processing precision equipment.
