Xuyi Development Zone of Jiangsu Province Actively Creates "City of Bearing Steel Pipe"

Xuyi Economic Development Zone has a total of 52 bearing steel pipe bearing enterprises, including one enterprise with value of more than RMB 2 billion and two enterprises with value of more than RMB 500 million. The products involve aerospace bearings and medical joint ceramic bearings for many high-tech fields and 35% of them are exported to the international market.

With the continuous development of bearing steel pipe industry, Xuyi Economic Development Zone has become a dominant force in industrial development. In 2009, it was named as the only "Emerging Bearing City" in Jiangsu by Jiangsu Machinery Industry Federation. The party commission of Xuyi county plans to build bearing steel industry as the first ten-billion industry by seizing the opportunity to grow and develop the bearing steel industry in recent years.
