Xuanhua Steel Successfully Rolled GCr15 Bearing Steel

According to the news, GCr15 bearing steel was successfully rolled in Shape Bar Factory of Xuanhua Iron & Steel Group Liability Co., Ltd recently.

As for the rolling of this bearing steel, Shape Bar Factory had prepared a feasible rolling solution in the light of the performance and process parameters of its rolling mill in advance. There were strict requests for the rolling raw materials, temperature control for heat treatment, control for type of materials, controlled cooling technology, etc. in this solution.

GCr15 bearing steel was reported to pass the tests of oxygen content, analysis of carbide, non-metallic inclusions and surface quality.
