Xingtai Steel carried out strategic cooperation with China Academy of Railway Science

On Jun 20, Xingtai Iron and Steel Corp., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as Xingtai Steel) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Railway Engineering Institute of China Academy of Railway Science.

Xingtai Steel is specialized in the production of high-end special steel wire rod to meet the needs of wire rod of railway system. Under the agreement, the two sides will gave full play the strength of Xingtai Steel in special steel wire rod and the strength of Railway Engineering Institute of China Academy of Railway Science in railway system technology research, technological achievements transformation, and standards development, promoting the conversion applications of Xingtai Steel in railway construction. The two sides will cooperate especially the cooperation in high-strength corrosion-resistant steel, prestressed steel and railway locomotive fasteners, springs, and bearing steel etc.
