Xibei Bearing Complete Ø630 Broking Machine Reshaping
In middle July, Xibei Bearing Technology & Equipment Company was entrusted the task to reshape the Ø500 broking machine into a Ø630 one. In order to enhance processing ability of the forging division and alleviate productive pressure, the company was asked to finish the task as soon as possible.
Leader of the company attached great importance to this work and convened overall conference on 15 July, setting up a reshaping team. Relevant directors took responsibilities for management, related-parts production and technological development of the team, with a view to complete the task through concerted efforts of all departments.
On the conference, all participants made specific analysis, discussions about the reshaping project, several key parts' processing were assigned to definite departments and workplaces. All technical staffs were mobilized and every steps of the reshaping were taken into consideration by trying a time reversal method.
After nearly two months' hard work, a Ø630 broking machine came into existence in early Sept. This is an unprecedented success to finish the reshaping of such a large key equipment in so short a period. Leaders of Xibei Bearing Stock Co.,Ltd have high opinion of the success. Now, the broking machine is under trial running in Xibei Bearing Forging division.
