Wuxi Luokai Bearing Co., Ltd. is a joint venture which mainly manufactures miniature and small deep groove ball bearings with the export business taking more than 50%. In 2009, the company was greatly impacted by the global financial crisis and the export of the company reduced greatly and even had to cease the production once.
Facing up to the austere situation, the company enlarged the investment in independent innovation, adjusted the product structure, developed market with great concentration, explored the new method to transform the development way,turned crisis into opportunity and received good achievements.The angular contact ball bearings have formed the batch production capacity and opened the market; the trial production of high end strengthened bearing for motorcycle engine was completed under the guide of the technical consultant from Japanese Honda Company, and the batch production will be started soon. The company has also invested near 1 million RMB in upgrading the production and detecting equipment, ajusted the production layout, optimized the staff structure,and enhanced the quality management. The construction of hardware and software was both carried out, which kept the healthy and steady development of the company operation. In the first half of 2010, the export and domestic sales of the company were both blooming. It is predicted that the export increase in 2010 will exceed 10%.
