Wuhu Rolling Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. -- quenching and tempering production line for bearing rings with annual production capacity of 1500 tons has been put into operation

Due to the market needs, the company established a new quenching and tempering production line for bearing workpiece in January 2012, which filled a gap of the bearing industry in Wuhu City.

The line is provided with characteristics such as low power consumption, small deformation rate of workpieces and high working efficiency (daily output: 5 tons), and equipped with a fine shot blasting equipment, due to which the workpiece will remain bright and flawless with consistent color. The soaking type rust-proof treatment will be applied to the workpiece after it run through the shot blasting treatment, so that the workpiece will not rust before received by the user.

After nearly a month of trial production, the quality of workpieces produced on this line has been proved to be stable and reliable: the metallographic structure of bearing rings are 2 to 3 class, and the hardness is around HRC61, which ensures the needs of users for high-quality finished bearings.
