Recently, Electric Maintenance Branch of Wuhan Steel Construction Engineering Group has introduced a BVT-6 bearing detecting instrument, which can accurately detect the vibration speed level of various bearings in common use such as deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearing and tapered roller bearings, etc. It can ensure the qualification rate of the motors that leave factory while improving the motor bearing detection efficiency.

Before the introduction of this instrument, when the company overhauled the motor and need to replace the bearings, the locksmiths have to confirm the usability of the bearings by touching the bearing and listening to the noise of the friction of the balls with practical experience; it is easy to make wrong judgment, which greatly impacted the detection efficiency. The introduction of the bearing detecting instrument makes the bearing detection more convenient and accurate, which greatly meet the requirement of production.
