Recently, at the Xiangtan Wind Power Technology Major Special MW Wind Power Review Meeting, the large & medium state-owned enterprises fission project introduced by the hi-tech zone---2MW wind power yaw, pitch gear project developed by Jianglu Wind Energy Co., Ltd has successfully passed the assessment after the strict evaluation by the experts.
Each index of XE82 wind turbine which loaded 2MW-class wind power yaw and pitch gear (the wind power yaw and pitch gear developed by Jianglu Wind Energy Co., Ltd mainly support XE series 2MW & above large-scale wind power generator produced by XEMC Windpower Co., Ltd) was proved normal after 200 hours' reliability test.
By comparing the empty loss test data of the wind power yaw and pitch gear samples developed by Jianglu Wind Energy Co., Ltd with that of the imported samples, the empty loss rate of the yaw and pitch gear they developed is lower than that of the imported ones. Meanwhile, the temperature, vibration and noise indexes are quite similar as the imported samples, which indicated that the processing and assembly quality of the reducer parts in Jianglu Wind Energy Co., Ltd meets the design requirements, and the products performance also fully meet the application requirements.
In the first half of this year, Xiangtan hi-tech zone has introduced six wind power projects, including wind power yaw, pitch, wind cable, wind farm construction etc. on the wind power industry chain through the ways of strengthening industrial alliance and extending the industrial chain. Among all these projects, wind yaw and pitch project is one of the core supporting projects on the wind power industrial chain. The successful development & implementation of this project is another fruit to promote the development of industrial alliance in hi-tech zone, which also would put the local wind power industry in hi-tech zone to a higher level. In addition, this project has the potential significance in breaking the monopoly of foreign technology, improving the researching & developing level of the wind power key parts in China, and also consolidating the wind power industry clusters.
In the next stage of the development, Xiangtan hi-tech zone will continue to focus on and introduce the large & medium state-owned enterprises fission project, which has obvious technological advantages and large investment, and consequently, to foster the new leading enterprises, forming the new industries, and laying the solid industrial foundation for creating hundreds of billions zone during the "twelfth-five-plan" in hi-tech zone.
