"We have renamed to Luoyang Gaojia Machinery Co.,Ltd recently." the sales manager said. Then, journalist found the identification mark -- Luoyang Gaojia Machinery Co.,Ltd, in the office building of the company.
Besides, an introduction about the company can also be seen beside the identification mark, saying:"our company covering an area of 25mu(16,675 square meters), employ 126 people, mainly produce single direction bearing, cam clutch, non-standard bearings```."
According to statistics from Luoyang Commerce and Industry Bureau, Luoyang High & New Tech Chaoyue Machinery Co.,Ltd was founded in July 2001, with registered capital of RMB1 million. Feng yulan is the owner and shareholder of this company. And there is another shareholder, named Chang jinping. The company's registered location is "room 203, 2 floor, No.3 Fenghua road, Luoyang High & New Tech Development Zone".
After knowing this, journalist went to the registered location the next day and found nothing there but a locked door.
From the same source, Luoyang Gaojia Machinery Co.,Ltd was founded in June 2006, with registered capital of RMB3 million. Chang baojun is the owner and shareholder of this company. Another shareholder is Chang baoxi.
"The two companies are belong to Chang baoliang, he has transfered the operation power to his brother now." said Han yongfeng, former president of the Luoyang Bearing Group. "The two companies" in the above words refered to Luoyang High & New Tech Chaoyue Machinery Co.,Ltd and Luoyang Gaojia Machinery Co.,Ltd.
Journalist called Chang baoliang, chairman of Luoyang Bearing Group, the same day to confirm what he had heard about. But he was informed "I don't know Chang baojun, Chang baoxi, Feng yulan and Chang jinping."
According to informative man, the above two companies have been producing and selling "LYC" bearings for a long time. By representing themself as subsidiary of Luoyang Bearing Group, they produce original "LYC" bearings. And due to the unclear ownership, they can behave like an absolutely independent enterprise without being involved in the financial settlement of their so-called headquarters, the Luoyang Bearing Group.
Besides the two companies, there are other similar ones, including Luoyang Juchuang Bearing Science & Tech Co.,Ltd, Luoyang Bearing Group Industrial Co.,Ltd etc.
