Wanxiang Qianchao Introduce Zero Defect Practice

Recently, Wanxiang Qianchao organized their first "Zero Defect Training Course". All directors and managers in the company were asked to attend. It also marked the beginning of Qianchao's Zero Defect-mania.

Zero Defect is a practice that aims to reduce defects as a way to directly increase profits. The concept of zero defect lead to the development of Six Sigma in the 1980s. Nowaday, this pratice have been widely adopted by lots of successful enterprises.

The company said that they will fully realized the Zero Defect in all aspects of their business and management in 3 years.

Wanxiang Qianchao is a subsidiary of Wanxiang Group, mainly produce automobile parts, power transmission products etc. QC is their registered brand.
