Recently, rollers processing base from Huainan Bearing which covers an area of 10,000 square meters has held the groundbreaking ceremony, the local government leadership and the responsible persons from the related enterprises attended.
To overcome the supplying bottlenecks of rollers and also ensure the timely output of bearings, Wanxiang Huainan Bearing Co., Ltd has clearly specified its own professional labor and position starting from this year, meanwhile the company actively engaged in the construction of the new processing base. On one hand, to "incubator" roller production technology in Phase I plant, and on the other hand, to speed up the promotion of the project.
After this roller base had been fully completed, the company will introduce 13 roller production lines, thus to form the roller manufacturing capacity from raw material to cold heading and grinding, and also to meet the demand of 35 million sets of bearings during the "Twlfth Five-Year Plan".
