Wanxiang Bearing Company Completed Annual Profit in First Three Quarters

In the first three quarters, Wanxiang Bearing Company has completed 78.79%,81.31% and 104.89% separately of the annual production value, sales income and profit. The company continuously broke through in company operation and industry expansion, etc., and maintained favorable development trend, especially, the capacity of creating profit was greatly improved.

In 2010, as the complete revival of the domestic bearing market, Wanxiang bearing company was inundated with orders. In the first three quarters, the sales income of the company in mainframe supporting market has taken up 40.33% of the whole sales income, which increased 58.54% on a year-on-year basis.

Meanwhile, the bearing company has energetically built up and expanded the oversea market, which brought new growth point of the company. While developing the the high value added products such as medium large size, extra large size and high precision bearings, the company has also impelled several international projects, such as Italian M project, South Korean D project, Brazilian ZF project, UK M project and Italian D projects,etc. It is predicted that in the first three quarters, the sales of the company in international mainframe market is to take up 19.82% of the total sales, which increased 90% on a year-on-year basis.

From January to September, the company has encircled the direction of adjusting the product catalog and speeded up the development of new products. In the first three quarters, the company has finished the development of 76 types of new products, in which 52 types of products were put into batch production. Based on the dominant products---tapered roller bearings, the research range was expanded into synchronizer, wheel hub bearing for truck, machine tool bearing, angular contact ball bearing, flange, bush and pin,etc. The development range was expanded from automobiles to precision machine tool, engineering machinery as well as new energy industry,etc.

In the unpredictable economic environment, the company can develop better only by continuous improvement.
