Wafangdian Bearing Group announces Mr. Li Shi’s resignation as a director of the company

 Recently, Wafangdian Bearing Group has received a written resignation report from Mr. Li Shi, director and member of strategic development committee of the company’s directors board , for personal reasons. Consequently, Mr. Li Shi will no longer take any position in the company.

According to the regulations of the company's Articles of Association, the resignation shall take effect when delivered to the board of directors. Mr. Li Shi's resignation will neither influence the minimum legal number of members in directors board nor the operation of the board of directors or the company.

Mr. Li Shi did not hold any shares.

The board of directors also conveyed their heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Li shi for his efforts on work for the company.
