Centering on the National Key Engineering Projects and requirement of Equipment Replacement Manufacturing, Wafangdian Bearing Research Center has speeded up their new product developing process. Also, they have begun to study localization of major imported equipments in partnership with domestic leading enterprises in various fields, such as Baosteel Group, China Erzhong etc.

The research center set up 8 project teams, responsible for product developing, key technological and quality improvement respectively. Technical staffs go deep among clients and get to know their problems, providing them value-added services like localization of foreign all-round solution etc.

Meanwhile, they have scored substantial achievements, such as the 4 kinds of C type spherical roller bearings, two kinds of which was developed to supply Baosteel Group; replacement products for hot rolling lines for several domestic steel makers; slewing rings for wind power plants; key bearings for gearbox for a gear manufacturing enterprise etc.

All the new products developed by Wafangdian Bearing enjoy the merit of reliability. At present, Wafangdian Bearing Research Center are accelerating development of high tech containt products to meet requirement of domestic customers and the developing national equipment manufacturing industry.
