Wafangdian Bearing Co., Ltd is the Leading Enterprise in China by its Innovation

Starting from this year, Wafangdian has took ZWZ as the leading enterprise, optimization & upgrading the industrial structure, and won the market by its new technology & products. The bearing production in Wafangdian has accounted for a quarter of the total domestic production by the end of this August.

In the large precision bearings manufacturing plant of ZWZ Group, the technical quality department make fine detetion of each batch of bearings every day, and achieve the "four location"(operating behavior, basic management, accuracy measurement, logistic protection), which is also the core for achieving the dock with the international advanced bearing manufacturers, and the implementation of the standard management.

Li Miaomiao, who is the minister of technical quality department in large precision bearing manufacturing branch of ZWZ Group, said:"The spindle bearings we processed have a certain reserve of accuracy, i.e., the accuracy increased a level compared with the required accuracy level by our customers."

Focused on the 16 key special items of the national new industries, ZWZ has launched the technical innovation programme that the annual cost of technology development accouts for 5% of the sales value, meanwhile update three new products every day, which could make ZWZ become the only enterprise to provide full support for the wind power machine in China, and realise the technical upgrading of the complementary products in other industries.

The general manager of Wafangdian Bearing Co., Ltd Shao Yang said:"At the same time, we had a comprehensive upgrading in large metallurgical equipment, cement equipment, also including the heavy-duty trucks, cars and the supporting bearings in the area of construction machinery, rail transportation etc."

At present, among the 258 large-scale bearing enterprises in Wafangdian, there are 62 enterprises whose sales revenue could reach more than 30 million yuan, 27 enterprises whose sales revenue could reach about 50 million yuan, and 9 enterprises exceed hundred of millions yuan. This year, the sales revenue expected to reach 20 billion yuan.
