Where in the past blueprints and exploded views were helpful, now the accessibility of video opens up the possibility to get detailed answers quickly.
Video content on the internet has exploded. Cisco Systems reported that in May of 2011, 40% of all internet traffic was for online video. YouTube alone has the equivalent of 115,000 full length feature films uploaded to their servers each week. 82% of all internet users watched video content in the last 30 days. The average internet user is reported to watch 182 videos each month. And these numbers are expected to rise by 25% in the next two years.
