Vice Mayor of Dalian Visit Wafangdian Bearing Base
Mr. Sun Guangtian, vice mayor of Dalian paid a visit to Wafangdian city to have a survey about the local bearing industry.
As an important origins and cradle for China bearings, bearing industry in Wafangdian has stepped into the right track after endeavor of seven decades. Since last year, the total bearing sales had reached RMB 7.08 billion, in which private companies accounted for RMB 3.6 billion.
Statistically, the number of the bearing companies and supporting companies are currently over 450, in which 400 are bearing manufacturers.

Commenting on the bearing industry in Wafangdian, Mr. Sun said it was important to establish Wafangdian into a bearing base, which will not only drive China bearing development, but also promote the economic growth of Wafangdian City.
