1. Disassemble the bearing
(1) remove the vibration motor at each end of the shield (shield vertical vibrating motor), eccentric work exciting and percentiles, to restore the original installation state;

(3) loosen the eccentric outside fastening bolts, remove the eccentric outside, removing the shaft of shaft key with key. Loosen the eccentric fastening bolts, remove the eccentric;
(4) remove the bearing housing bolts, using the appropriate bolts into the bearing seat disassembly screw, bearing out from Cabinet;
(5) the FAG Bearing cover removed from the bearing, or pressure within the bearing from the housing with suitable bolts;
(6) KOYO bearing are separable sets of inside and outside cylindrical roller bearings, bearing set should be removed from the shaft, and placed in the first bearing the coat;
(7) clean all parts thoroughly contaminated.
2. install bearing
Vibration motor replaced with new bearings, NSK bearing must be used the same as the model.
(1) the INA bearing kerosene washed, pressed into the bearing, roller bearing outer ring fill the shell full of lithium grease to, third, wash% 3C% 3E hands daub-uniform was loaded onto the Bearing cover, and apply locking bolts with adhesive fastening bolt clamping of Bearing cover;
(2) the TIMKEN bearing are separable sets of inside and outside cylindrical roller bearings should be set on the shaft and the bearing in place;
(3) the housings are mounted in the chassis, such as grease oiling holes must be at the location. And apply locking bolts with adhesive fastening bolt clamping bearings;
(4) the eccentric mounted on hinges and place both inside and outside, shaft key into the keyway shaft keys should be put outside the eccentric, retaining rings for shaft mounted on the hinge;
(5) fixed eccentric fastening bolt, turn the adjustable eccentric so that it reaches the front of the angular position and tighten the fastening bolts. Above after Assembly is complete, the hinge should have a certain amount of axial;
(6) the vibration motors on both ends of the shield, fastening with screws.
