Vegas Fastener Mfg Pays $2.4M for Las Vegas Industrial

Vegas Fastener, a Las Vegas-based manufacturing company, acquired the industrial building at 4305 W. Oguendo Rd. in Las Vegas, NV from Ramsey & Son, Inc. for $2.4 million, or about $107 per square foot.

This industrial building was delivered in 2004 in the Southwest Las Vegas Industrial submarket of Clark County. It totals 22,400 square feet and is built-out as warehouse space featuring two drive-in bays, 21-foot clear heights, fenced lot and 800-amp heavy power.

Amy Ogden of Cushman & Wakefield / Commerce represented both the seller and the buyer in the sale.
