US Cancel Anti-dumping Investigation on Chinese Bearing Producers


US Chamber of Commerce announced the final verdict of the anti-dumping case against Chinese bearing producers on Dec. 19. According to the verdict, CMEC will be free of any anti-dumping duty and investigation against other four Chinese enterprises are expected to be canceled. The four companies are Chin Jun Company, Changsha Bearing Co.,Ltd, Zhejiang Machine Imp&Exp Co.,Ltd and Weihai Machinery Stock Co.,Ltd.

On August 29 2005, US Chamber of Commerce launched the anti-dumping investigation against China-made cylindrical roller bearings. Products involved in the case are as following(Commodity Code at Customs): 84822000, 84829100.50, 84829930, 84832040, 84832080, 84833080, 84839020, 84839030, 84839080, 87089980.15 and 87089980.80.
