10 meters in length, 2.8 meters in height, weighing 37 tons, being able to process bearings 6 meters in height. This is the HTC63600Z Ultra-large Tridimension CNC Lathe and Turning Center.
August 5, the HTC63600Z developed by Shenyang Machine Tool Group CNC Machine Tool Co.,Ltd was packaged in Dalian port, waiting to be exported to Turkey. It is reported that this is, to date, the largest horizontal lathe & turning center made in China, which have self-owned intellectural property right and well performance equivalent to imported similar ones.
The machine featured in slope working table, freely movable central frame cutter, can lathe, mill and drill the workpieces at the same time. It is very ease to process a bearing which is 6 meters in length. Also, the machine enjoy the merits of high efficiency, compact and higher precision level, mainly used in fields like oil and coal exploitation, electricity machines etc.
Mr. Xiao liwei, chairman and general manager of Shenyang Machine Tool Group, said:"At present, we are the only producer of such machine tools in China. we have also developed other 40 to 50 similar new products." In the first half, the company sales being received have exceeded RMB400 million, 80 percent of which is contributed by CNC Machine Tool Co.,Ltd.
