Two research projects "Environmental Hard-Tin Alloy Plating Diesel Engine Bearing" (which is completed by Hubei Anda) and "Lead-Free Phosphor Bronze Double-Metal Materials Used in High-Performance Precision Bearing Bush" (which is completed by Hubei Hongxin) passed the provinical experts identification, which was organized by Huangshi Science & Technology Bureau on October 26. The experts group agreed that both of these two products technology have reached the international advanced level and they also proposed to speed up their application promotion.
It is reported that the environmental hard-tin alloy plating diesel engine bearing is the low-lead, wear-resistant bronze bearing which has combined the production formula of environmental hard-tin alloy plating diesel engine bearing and the relevant technology. The experts believed that this kind of product has the high fatigue strength, and the wear-resistance significantly exceed the traditional ternary alloy bearings, meanwhile the corrosion resistance could fully meet the industrial requirments, thus it is widely used in the well-known automotive engine brands, such as, Guangzhou Toyota, Dongfeng Citroen, Yuchai, Wuxi Diesel, Weifang Disel, Dongfeng Cummins etc.
However, the lead-free phosphor bronze double-metal materials used in high-performance precision bearing bush has combined the wear-resistant double-matel materials and the relevant technology. At the same time, the experts also believed that the new phosphor bronze bearing alloy used in this kind of product does not contain harmful metals such as lead, and it could solve the environmental problems caused by lead-copper alloy bearings, meanwhile it meet the using requirments of engine emission standard above Europe IV.
Accoring to the releated reports, these two companies are high-tech enterprises, located in the north industrial park of Yangxin county.
