Two Bearing Enterprises in Zhouxiang Became Manufacturing Bases of the Mainstay Enterprise in China

Recently, the unveiling ceremony for the foundation of the manufacturing bases, Zhouxiang Yongsheng and Kaida Bearing, of Changjiang Bearing Co., Ltd. was held.

Cixi Yongsheng Bearing Co., Ltd and Cixi Kaida Bearing Co., Ltd both were established in the early 90s of last century. After the development for more than ten years, they both have initial scope. Yongcheng Bearing now has 560 employees, taking up an area of 30,000 square meters, having 35 production lines for the miniature automatic bearings and it can manufacture about 60 million sets of bearings each year. Kaida bearing has 250 employees with an area of 14,000 square meters and 16 production lines of miniature bearings; it can manufacture about 30 million sets of bearings each year. It is because of these advanced manufacturing conditions, they found favor with Changjiang Bearing Co., Ltd.

It is said that Changjiang Bearing Co., Ltd is the mainstay enterprise in the Chinese bearing industry and the high value-added precise bearing is the traditional flagship product of the company. It has accumulated much experience in research on model ion, products design and manufacturing techniques, etc. Its products capacity in the market has been ranking the leading position in China. After becoming its manufacturing bases, Zhouxiang Tongcheng and Kaida will obtain the capital and policy support from the head office; they not only can learn the advanced manufacturing techniques and management concept, but also can improve the product manufacturing scope and capacity of Zhouxiang. Moreover, they can make use of its brand and enhance the product marketing and open the marketing inside and outside of China. Establishing bases is a new pattern of Changjiang Bearing to go abroad, and also is a new exploration to stride out of the bottleneck of manufacturing management, which will surely cultivate a new growth to the economic development of Zhouxiang.
